How do I change the view on the calendar?
At the top right hand corner of the calendar there is a view drop down. You can choose between week, month, or schedule view depending on what works best for the service you would like to book. We would typically recommend month view for overnight and live in care, and week view for everything else.
How do I read the calendar?
Events in the calendar are pre-booked services. Each event has the service and the associated name as well as the length of time already booked. If you are looking to book a service, please look for times that are not already filled with something else.
Will my name be shown on the public calendar?
Absolutely not. We take your privacy seriously. We generally display names of the pets unless otherwise requested. No personal information from any of our clients will ever be posted publicly without their consent.
Do you take same day bookings?
Yes! We can accommodate same day bookings, provided we have met your pet previously and the time is currently available for booking.
What are the “live in” calendar events?
These are times that are dedicated to our live in and overnight care animals. As such, we will unfortunately not be able to take any requests for services during these times.
